Upon request all trips, tours and
expeditions can be organized on special dates provided there
is a minimum of 2 people (for some excursions the minimum will
be 4 - 6). Tours can also be very flexible to suit our customer's
preferences, always provided there is a minimum number of participants
or in case of only one person, if he/she is prepared to pay a supplement
for an individual tour.
All tours start and end in San Carlos de Bariloche. Prices are
expressed in US $ (American dollars).

Prices:
Are expressed in American dollars and services can be paid in Argentine
Pesos at the exchange rate of the day booking is confirmed. Prices
can be modified without prior notice. Services do no include travel
insurance and/or travel assistance.
Booking:
Tours can be booked by mail to info@patagonia-outdoors.com
Once booking is received, customers have to deposit 30% of the
total price and the balance due ten days before the activity
begins. Please, do not forget to fax us the deposit slip afterwards

Once payment is received, we will send confirmation of your booking.
The balance due must be paid in full 10 days before departure.
Cancellations and Refunding:
For cancellations made more than 20 days before departure: Booking
deposit will be refunded in full.
For cancellations made within 19 - 10 days before departure: only
50% will be refunded.
For cancellations made less than 10 days before departure or once
the program started:
There will be no refunding at all.
Programs with a minimum of participants
Those programs that require a minimum of participants can be cancelled
up to 5 days before departure. In that case 100% of the price received
shall be refunded. Neither clients nor the agents will have the
right to claim to Patagonia Outdoors no more no less
than the exact sum paid for booking. The eventual cancellation of
the program for not reaching the minimum number of participants
does not entitle the client or the travel agent to any compensation
whatsoever.
Limitation of Liability
Our services do not include medical assistance and life insurance.
The trips we offer take place in spots far from big cities, and
eventually tourists can be at a great distance from medical or other
kind of assistance. PATAGONIA outdoors is committed
to warranting tourist's safety and well-being, and each tourist
accepts at the time of booking he/she fully understands the potential
risks and dangers connected with this kind of tourism. PATAGONIA
outdoors will not accept any liability with respect
to accidents, damages, illness, negligence and physical or mental
harm. It is the responsibility of each client to take insurance
and have medical assistance before trip departure.
PATAGONIA outdoors will not be held responsible for delays
and expenses incurred resulting from illness, weather conditions,
wars, terrorism, political events, natural hazards, technical difficulties
or any other cause out of our control. At the time of hiring our
services tourists and travel agents accept that the total sum of
all and every claim that may be made to PATAGONIA outdoors
for whatever reason resulting from negligence or responsibility
on the part of PATAGONIA outdoors will not exceed
twice the amount of the trip or service hired. .
Information required for booking:
Our company needs the basic information contained in the Medical
Record Card and Taking on responsibility for risks - Well-informed
Consent forms, which each tourist must fill in and sign.
We suggest tourists to add more information regarding any specific
diet they are on (vegetarian food, for example) or about any personal
medication they are taking either permanently or temporary.
